What initially began as a hobby developed into a profound creative pursuit for Chantal, a freelance photographer who was born and raised in Toronto. She has been living in London, Ontario, since 2021, where she lives with her partner, Roni Qanawati, a software developer who played an integral role in the development of this website.

She initially explored her passion for videography and photography through content creation on YouTube in 2011, creating miniature polymer clay sculptures, and subsequently skateboarding and sports photography using her first DSLR, a Canon Rebel T3i with a kit lens.

In 2018, she served as the pre-owned sales coordinator at Honda Downtown Toronto, during which she cultivated a deeper interest in automotive photography and acquired the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.

In 2023, she explored real estate photography through a friend who taught her the basics of the field, leading her to shoot her very first listing, which sold over asking.

In 2024, her cousin's concert production company, Tala Entertainment, opened various opportunities for her to photograph live events across Canada, featuring Filipino artists such as James Reid, Maki, and Cup of Joe. Through her photos, she seeks to capture time, beauty, and emotion in single frames while exploring the possibilities of honest, clean, yet captivating imagery.
